The International Egg Commission is a membership organisation dedicated to the global egg industry. They provide the opportunity to meet and learn from each other during their Annual Conferences held twice a year. The IEC was established at the second International Egg Conference held in Bologna, Italy in 1964.
The IEC is run by an Executive Board, that reports to the General Assembly. The Executive Board includes Office Holders, the members of the long-term strategy board, and the Chairmen of the key Working Groups – Production, Egg Processors International (EPI), Marketing, Economics and Membership. The IEC has membership in over 80 countries.
Back by popular demand, the next IEC event will return to Monte Carlo on 7th – 9th April 2019, for what promises to be their most eagerly anticipated conference to date.
The IEC Business Conference Monte Carlo 2019 is being held at the Le Méridien Beach Plaza Hotel, Monte Carlo, Monaco.
