Zootecnica Poultry Magazine is a monthly technical publication covering the entire poultry production chain. Through its international English edition and its Italian edition, it provides poultry professionals with in-depth articles, expert analysis and reliable information on the developments shaping the industry.
The magazine carries forward the legacy of Zootecnica International, which for more than 50 years has been an authoritative voice in the Italian and international poultry sector. Today, with a renewed visual identity and a contemporary editorial approach, Zootecnica continues to bring together research, technical expertise and practical experience from across the industry.
What we cover
Our editorial coverage ranges from genetics, breeding and incubation to farm management, nutrition, animal health and biosecurity. It also includes housing and equipment, welfare, egg production, poultry meat processing, sustainability, market trends and new technologies.
Each issue features technical articles, contributions from researchers and industry specialists, interviews, reports from major international exhibitions and conferences, company developments and analysis of European and global poultry markets.
Two editions, two perspectives
Zootecnica is published in two monthly editions. The English edition has an international outlook, while Zootecnica – Rivista avicola focuses more closely on the Italian poultry sector. Some content may appear in both publications, but each edition also includes articles selected specifically for its own market and readership.
Our readership
Zootecnica is read by poultry producers, farm managers, veterinarians, nutritionists, breeders, hatchery professionals, feed manufacturers, egg packers and processors, poultry meat processors, researchers, consultants and companies supplying equipment, technologies and services to the sector.
The English edition has a monthly print circulation of approximately 21,500 copies and is distributed worldwide. The Italian edition has a monthly print circulation of approximately 4,300 copies.
