From November 11 to 13, the latest edition of the conference took place in Chile, welcoming industry professionals from across Latin America. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, the event provided a platform to discuss the latest trends, tackle emerging challenges and exchange ideas that drive performance across the poultry value chain.
As Olav Boel, Petersime’s Chief Commercial Officer, explained during the event:
“Every link in the poultry value chain is connected. Hatcheries, in particular, play a pivotal role. They can create tremendous value, but they also carry significant risk if not managed properly. That’s why we host this conference: to look at the bigger picture and help the industry move forward together.”
Topics such as broiler and layer breeding challenges, digitalization of the poultry chain for enhanced performance, traceability and food safety, and trends shaping the future of poultry production were central to the programme. Through expert presentations, open discussions and valuable networking moments, Petersime continued its mission to inspire and connect the Latin American poultry community.
The energy and exchange of ideas in Chile reflected the industry’s shared commitment to progress. As the poultry sector continues to evolve, Petersime remains dedicated to supporting its partners with expertise, innovation and a global network for knowledge-sharing. The Poultry Performance Conference once again proved to be more than just an event: it was a catalyst for valuable professional exchange.
