The 23rd Congress of the European Society of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition will be held in Turin, Italy from 18 to 20 September 2019.
The 23rd Congress of the European Society of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition (ESVCN) is organized by the Research team in Animal Nutrition of the Department of Veterinary Sciences of the University of Torino (Italy). The 2019 event will focus on the comparative nutrition of farm, pets, wildlife and zoo animals.

In 2019 the University of Torino will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the foundation of the Veterinary School.
Prof. Adele Meluzzi decided to assign, as part of the ESVCN2019 congress, 3 awards of € 500 each to be awarded for the 3 best posters in the following disciplines:
a) n. 2 awards for nutrition in poultry science
b) n. 1 award for aquaculture nutrition.
The awards are named in memory of Prof. Giulia Giordani, professor of Zoocolture specialist for both aviculture (mainly) and aquaculture.
